Product Brief for Insurance Quotes
At InsureMyTrip we met with customers to gather feedback about the quote and buy process on our site. We heard a lot, identified and prioritized problems, and analyzed our opportunities, based on the following factors:
- Value for customers
- Effort for us
- Alignment with product and business strategies
The highest scoring opportunity was to redesign and rebuild our quoting process. I wrote the following product brief for the kickoff meeting. The brief led to a lot of good discussion during the kickoff. After the meeting, I got feedback that the team felt on the same page and understood the project objectives.
